In order to become a reliable partner for businesses, we recruit bright individuals and distribute job information throughout Indonesia Indonesia. Our professional instructors in our partner foreign language schools also provide etiquette education and cultural awareness course, which is essential for living in the local community and improve the candidate’s competence and ability.
We will execute the end to end recruitment process from initial interview, screening, competence and language training, user interview, medical check-up, up to contract-signing jointly with our business partners and supervisors in receiving countries.
The duration of training and conditioning programs range around 8-9 months.
We ensure the candidates fulfill all requirements to work in Japan.
We will be handling the placement procedures, from dealing with the immigration and ensure all the documents completed in accordance with the provisions of Indonesian and the Japanese legislation.

Recruitment process: Job Order, Briefing for Candidates Requirements, Sourcing and Screening, Competence and Language Training, User Interview, Medical Check-Up, Contract-Signing, Departure.
The process will take around 8 months, from the start of the screening process until departure to the destination country.
We recruit qualified candidates across various sectors including caregivers and labour industries.
We will execute the end-to-end recruitment process jointly with our business partner in receiving countries, deal with the immigration and departure process by the provisions of the Indonesian
legislation.
