For SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City, the Job Fair which was held for 2 days on September 5-6, was their first Job Fair event. However, the combination of Job Fair activities, Talk Show and Training, as well as the art and cultural events held during these 2 days has made SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City exceed the target set for this year’s Job Fair.
As one of the SMK Centers of Excellence in Bekasi City, SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City has a targeted and measurable strategy in implementing the SMK Center of Excellence program, including providing updated information that is needed by teachers, employees, students and the wider community.

Job Fair, which is one of the work programs of the SMK Center of Excellence and BKK Program of SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City, is a form of manifestation of services provided by schools to alumni, where schools facilitate their graduates to get jobs from the best companies, and vice versa, schools facilitate companies to be able to recruit workers at SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City.
PT Hashira Resources Dunia, a company that sends Indonesian migrant workers abroad officially, participated in this useful event. Information about opportunities to work abroad, especially to Japan, was presented and informed to friends of alumni of SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi city, Alumni of Public SMK and Private SMK in Bekasi and surrounding areas. The hope is that by hearing these opportunities, the participants of this Job Fair can open their eyes to see career opportunities abroad, as an opportunity for self-development.
Congratulations on the implementation of the first job fair. Hopefully, Job Fairs like this can be routinely held by SMK Negeri 7 Bekasi City so that the benefits can continue to be felt by all parties.
